TMS 2027 Symposium: Chemistry and Physics of Interfaces
Abstracts are invited for a TMS 2027 symposium on interface phenomena across materials classes.
Dr. Wenwu Xu will co-organize the symposium "Chemistry and Physics of Interfaces" at the TMS 2027 Annual Meeting & Exhibition, March 14-18, 2027, in Orlando, Florida. The symposium brings together experimental and computational researchers studying interface phenomena, including grain boundaries, crystalline interphase boundaries, solid-liquid interfaces, and free surfaces, with emphasis on thermodynamics, non-equilibrium behavior, characterization, modeling, and mechanism-informed materials design.
